What Rowen is up to now...
- happy, playful, flirtatious
- dances to any music he hears but he especially loves all of Jack Johnson's songs
- loves to "talk" on our cell phones
- books, books, books! Loves to be read to, pretends to read books (opens a book and babbles to himself), chooses to look at books over his toys
- making animal sounds- "moo", "meow", "woof", "roar", "click" (for chick sound)
- saying- mama, mom, dada, duck, this, hi (a few others that have only been heard once- bike, coat, book, big)
- walking well- walks around the house for long periods of time (he just has to be moving at all times!)
- learning to bend down to pick something up and stand up again with out help
- favorite songs are 5 Little Monkeys, Itsy Bitsy Spider, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, Wheels On The Bus (does most of the hand movements for these songs)
- loves to go outside to explore the yard
- very interested in the stairs- wants us to help him walk up the stairs instead of just crawling
- can back down the stairs and back off of the couch
- wants to push anything that can be pushed (shovel, stroller, grocery cart, broom, Papa's snow blower:))
- loves to take rides on Grandpa's golf cart

Rowen is getting more of the big boy look too. Isn't it sad when they start losing their baby fat?
Oh my goodness, these are TOO precious for words! Kariya was watching it with me and pointing and laughing at all of Rowen's silly faces. :)
He is so darling! He looks more like a little boy now.... Those pictures are perfect. I love reading all the things he can do- he is so smart!
